Retail Design: Skechers

Chipman Design Architecture has worked with Skechers USA to standardize their architectural and design packages for national roll-out of their retail athletic footwear concept called SoHo Lab, strategically located for in-line locations.  Prototype management has also aided in reducing construction costs and schedules throughout the United States and Canada.  Chipman Design provided site survey services, retail design development, architectural, construction administration and permit acquisition coordination.  Projects have ranged from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet and include both interior and exterior improvements.
